Sarah Miller has 27 years experience working in the NHS, with a charity (Survivors of Child Abuse, Gloucester.) with the prison service and for the last 9 years in private practice. Her background is in mental health working with a community mental health team in Gloucestershire before leaving to begin her own private practice. She is a member of the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapists and is a qualified psychodramatist. She worked for 15 years with a charity in Gloucester that offered therapy for survivors of child abuse. She has trained statutory and non-statutory agencies on how to work with childhood trauma. For 2 years she was the mental health consultant for Wiltshire and Gloucestershire constabularies. She is a school counsellor for an all boys grammar school in Gloucester.
She has been working at Stockwood Surgery for the last 2 years and offers psychotherapy for people struggling with mental health problems, including anxiety, panic attacks and depression. She also works with relationship difficulties.
